Signature has been fully fire tested in UKAS accredited fire performance laboratories to the procedures of BS476 PT 22 to establish the individual elements degree of fire resistance, and has demonstrated the following performance levels:

Steel faced full height modules, FR30 specification:
half hour integrity, test report CHILTERN RF 00172

Double framed glazed full height modules, FR30 specification incorporating one pane of 6mm toughened glass and one pane of ‘Pyrocet’ fire glass from Securiglass:
half hour integrity, assessment IFC 92059

Full height single doorset module, FR30 specification incorporating a half hour fire rated ‘Halspan’ doorleaf and Dorma TS73 doorcloser and Union 2277 latch:
half hour integrity, test report RF 00176

These figures indicate the performance of the Signature partition elements tested under strict laboratory conditions. They are only indicative of site performance. Due note should be taken of the likely effect of adjacent construction on the fire performance of the elements.
