PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Unilock 'Elegance Vetro' is a fully glazed demountable partition system, used where clarity of dividing walls and light penetration of a room interior is of prime importance. It comprises of suite of aluminium profiles, abutment sections, doorframe configurations, bolted glass construction components and drylining profiles, fully matched and integrated.
The system enables single and double glazed configurations to be constructed with provision for glass or solid doorleaves, pivoting or sliding. The drywall suite of profiles enables seamless transitions to be made between gypsum board constructs and glazed elevations.
Unilock Elegance Vetro partition is readily adaptable to meet individual design requirements. Enhanced acoustic performance is easily provided within the partition system. Installation is predominantly a ‘dry’ trade, with minimal use of silicone sealant and maximum use of clear PVC glazing profiles. This enhances the demountability of the system.

PARTITION DIMENSIONS
The Elegance Vetro system has a maximum floor to ceiling height capability of 3000mm. Minimum glazed modular dimensions 300mm, maximum glazed modular dimension of 1500mm, 1000mm for single doors, 1800mm for double doors.
System thickness - 86mm overall for aluminium profiles and doorframes.

HEADS
Headtrack is a 28mm deep profile for both single and double glazed variants, with clip on trim sections to conceal fixings.

FRAMING
The framing elements, abutments, mullions for double glazed configurations are of extruded aluminium, polyester powder coated.

JUNCTIONS/CORNERS
The system modular junctions are dry jointed PVC crystal profiles linking adjacent glass panels. Double glazed modular junctions are formed with aluminium mullion profiles of 38mm or 28mm nominal width.

• Modular junctions with dry joint PVC crystal clip together profiles (single glazed) or
• Modular junctions with dry joint PVC backed by 28mm or 38 aluminium mullion (double glazed)
Extruded aluminium corner posts are available in radiused or square profile, floor to ceiling height.

FINISH/COLOUR
All exposed metal profiles and trims are finished in polyester powder coating to a minimum of 50 microns thickness, from standard range. The finish colour of the profiles should be specified under this clause.

FIXINGS AT ABUTMENTS
Fixings are typically plastic expansion plugs and steel screws into building fabric. Alternatively, double sided adhesive tape is used for a non-mechanical fixing. Specify under this clause.

GLASS TYPES
Should be specified as 6mm or 8mm toughened for double glazed Elegance Vetro and 10mm or 12mm glass for single glazed Elegance Vetro.

BLINDS
Blinds are available in the double glazed variant of Elegance Vetro, combined with the 38mm mullion for control routing.

DOORSETS
Doorsets are available with a number of alternative frame profiles: Aerofoil and Square, housing 44/54mm solid and 10/12mm glass doorleaves. The profile of the doorframe and the proposed doorleaf should be specified under this clause.
